How We Make Money — And Why It Doesn't Affect Our Ratings

But our rankings are based on price, quality, flexibility, and nutrition — never on who pays us the most. We clearly label our commercial links, and our ratings would look exactly the same without them.

Our Data Sources
We rely only on documented sources: providers' own websites, public business filings and available financial disclosures for ownership and financials, Trustpilot for customer satisfaction, and an independent nutrition-science benchmark covering more than 200 meals for our nutrition scoring.
